Your home base

The condo is brand new and designed to feel like a place you'd actually want to hang out in -- not a generic rental with white walls and a binder of rules. The teal furniture, woven lamps, and natural wood give it a modern coastal vibe that's intentional without being fussy.

This is the spot. The building's rooftop deck has panoramic ocean views, a pool, Adirondack chairs, and a covered lounge area. Sunset up here with a cold Imperial is the best part of the day.

There's also a co-working space with solid Wi-Fi, so if you're working remotely, you can switch between the beach, the condo, and the rooftop depending on your mood. Some days the hammock wins.
